Prime, Project and the larger Subs, can post Sub-RFPs here, seek Set-Aside Subs.
The URL address for your platform is www.OutreachCoName.OutreachSpeed.com
You and your project, with this URL, is easily found by Local Subs on Google.
You control the URL. You have the option to charge your Users.
The RFPs posted can link back to your site or any URL or service you use.
The Subs also appreciate that you offer many needed tools to help them.
This helps access greater qty of Bidders, new Subs, and Participation.
